A creamy pudding packed with excellent fats. Medium chain fatty acids from the coconut milk for a healthy metabolism & HDL cholesterol level, & monounsaturated fatty acids in the avocado for a healthy heart.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate avocado pudding

1 avocado
3 date Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
10 grams Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.42 cup Coconut Milk

Recipe Directions for Chocolate avocado pudding

  1. Blend everything.

  2. No blender:

  3. Soak chopped dates in 100ml gently warming coconut milk until soft & dissintergrating, mix well.

  4. Beat avocado until smooth, add cocoa powder, vanilla.

  5. Press date milk through a sieve into avocado.

  6. Press mixture through a sieve a few times, beathing in between until as smooth as you can get it.

  7. Fridge until cool.

  8. Add more dates for sweetness.
