2 cups 1% milk
4 tbsp canola oil
2 large eggs
1 1/3 cups white flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
26 grams flaxseed meal
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
208 grams natural-style almond butter
224 grams whey protein powder (8 scoops)

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Almond Butter Protein Pancakes

  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls

  2. Add wet ingredients to dry ones

  3. Mix until mostly combined (do not overmix)

  4. Cook 1/4 cup portions on griddle until browned on both sides
