Makes one good sized loaf - a lady brought this into work and I was curious at the nutritional analysis - not for someone trying to lose weight!

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolage Chip Banana Bread

2 c all-purpose flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 c banana, mashed
1/2 c butter
2 eggs
1 c chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolage Chip Banana Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Combine and mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  3. Place batter in a greased bread pan or in muffin tins.

  4. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in centre comes out clean.

  5. Cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan.

  6. Complete cooling on a wire rack.
