These are so yummy with a glass of cold nut-milk. Vegan, oil-free, low-fat, sugar-free, and if you substitute wheat flour with a gf flour, gluten free.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocol-Oat Banana Cookies

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
2 1/10 grams Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp(1 g) Sea Salt
30 grams Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
8 1/10 grams Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Chocol-Oat Banana Cookies

  1. Mash banana.

  2. Combine all ingredients

  3. Drop 6 cookies onto silpat.

  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
