Recipe Ingredients for chocochip banana muffins

550 mL Presidents Choice Organics Oatmeal
2.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 large Egg, Whole
6 oz 100% Pure Canola Oil
12 oz No Calorie Sweetener
12 oz The Decadent Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 medium banana Bananas
2.5 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
8 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for chocochip banana muffins

  1. mix oatmeal with milk and let stand for 15 minutes. Then add eggs, oil chocochips, banana and splenda. Separately combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour into liquids. Add more milk if needed to leave barely moistened.

  2. Fill containers to about 2/3, then cook 20 min at 200C til golden on the outside.
