Recipe Ingredients for Choco-Milk Angel Food Cake

4 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar (NOTE:use1/2cup Lite sugar instead)
1/2 cup Cake flour
20 g dark chocolate
20 ml milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Choco-Milk Angel Food Cake

  1. Melt dark chocolate

  2. Beat Egg whites with salt and cream of tartar until it's getting into soft peak.

  3. In the lowest speed, slightly adding 1/3 of sugar and flour at a time into the eggwhite.. Do not overmix!Then add milk extract and vanilla extract.

  4. Divide 3 TBsp of batter and mix with half of melted chocolate

  5. Pour the batter into the oil sprayed angel food cake pan. You can make it 1 chocolate layer and 1 milk layer or you can make marble or anything you can create.

  6. Bake at 180C for 40 mins.

  7. Make a garnade by microwave milk about 30 secs then mix with melted chocolate.

  8. After the cake done wait the cake cooler in the oven about 15-20 mins then take out from the pan and drop garnard on top make it drop to the sides. Wait til garnard dry then chill in the fridge.
