Recipe Ingredients for Choco-Lowfat

185 g all-purpose flour
150 g granulated sugar
20 g cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
150 g lowfat yogurt
120 ml skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Choco-Lowfat

  1. Heat oven to 400'F. Line muffin cups (2 1/2" in diameter) with paper

  2. bake cups. In medium bowl, stir together flour, granulated sugar,

  3. cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir in yogurt, milk and

  4. vanilla just until combined. Do not beat Fill muffin cups 2/3 full

  5. with batter. Bake 15-20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in

  6. center comes out clean. Cool slightly in pan on wire rack. Remove

  7. from pans. Sprinkle powdered sugar over tops of muffins, if desired.

  8. Serve warm. Store, covered, at room temperature or freeze in airtight

  9. container for longer storage
