Recipe Ingredients for Choco-Light Ice Cream

3 cups fat free half-and-half
1/2 cup Chocolate Syrup
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 dash salt

Recipe Directions for Choco-Light Ice Cream

  1. In a large bowl, combine the half-and-half, chocolate syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla, whisking to blend well. Taste and add more sugar if needed. Cover and refrigerate until very cold, at least 3 hours or as long as 3 days.

  2. Whisk the mixture briefly to blend and pour into the canister of an ice cream maker. Freeze according to the manufacturer's directions. Eat at once or transfer to a covered container and freeze up to 4 hours.
