1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips
3 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup white sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour

  1. out first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  2. then add remaining ingredients and blend until just mixed

  3. bake at 190 deg cel for 15-20mins
