Recipe Ingredients for Chobani Frittata- Sausage, Potato and Broccoli

8 oz Plain Nonfat
8 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Broccoli
6 links Brown 'N Serve Sausage Links
2 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Chobani Frittata- Sausage, Potato and Broccoli

  1. Cook broccoli, potatoes and sausage according to package directions-- chop and set aside

  2. Whisk together Chobani and eggs

  3. Mix in chopped fillings

  4. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes, until puffed and lightly golden on top.

  5. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing into pieces.

  6. Serve hot, warm or at room temperature.
