Chicken in tofu shirataki alfredo

Recipe Ingredients for Chix Shirataki Alfredo

4 oz Tofu Shirataki (Fettuccine Shaped Noodle Substitute)
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
4 oz Chicken
1 small Onions
2 clove Garlic
4 oz (raw) Chicken
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Paprika
0.333 oz Table Blend Salt Free Seasoning Blend
1/4 cup Veggie Shreds Cheddar Flavor

Recipe Directions for Chix Shirataki Alfredo

  1. Cube chicken breast and seaon with mrs, dash and paprika.

  2. Saute garlic onion and chicken cube, stirfry until chicken is cooked.

  3. Steam broccoli in microwave for 1-2 mins. Add cream cheese.

  4. Add shirataki and steamed broccoli to chicken stirfry.

  5. Add veggie shreds cheddar in the end.
