Chicken Salad with a dash of onion powder

Recipe Ingredients for Chix Salad

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 tablespoon Olive Oil Mayonnaise
0.5 oz Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Chix Salad

  1. Oven Roast chicken

  2. Cool chicken

  3. Finely chop cranberry's

  4. stir in mayo a little at a time if you have juice chicken you may not need the whole 4 table spoons.

  5. add a dash of onion powder.

  6. Best served cold the day after you make it.
