Chicken Pasta with broccoli and carrots.

Recipe Ingredients for Chix Pasta

2 cup Whole Wheat Rotini
1 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
10 oz Select Broccoli Florets
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chix Pasta

  1. Cook chopped chix in 1 tbsp. olive oil.

  2. Add to plate with paper towel on top.

  3. Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil to separate pan and cook carrots for 4 minutes.

  4. Add broccoli and garlic (2 cloves chopped) to carrots.

  5. Cook for 2 minutes.

  6. Add 1 cup of chix broth.

  7. Add parmesan cheese.

  8. Add chopped/cooked chix.

  9. Let simmer.

  10. Boil pasta and drain in separate bowl.

  11. Add broth mixture on top.

  12. Toss and serve warm.
