Great work lunch, uses 2 TBL light Italian dressing, but could not get system to recognize that

Recipe Ingredients for Chix, Broc, Rice

1 chicken breast
1 cup broccoli florets
1/3 cup red onion
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup brown rice
2 tablespoons Vinegar, Balsamic
1 tablespoon Italian dressing

Recipe Directions for Chix, Broc, Rice

  1. Cook Chicken and cube

  2. Cut up Broccoli florets into bite size pieces

  3. Chop onion and red pepper

  4. Cook rice according to package

  5. In medium bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, onion, red pepper

  6. Add balsamic vinegar and 2 TBL light italian dressing and toss

  7. Seperate half and serve over rice

  8. Best when Rice is hot and Chicken mix is cold
