2 serving Egg White (Large, Grade A, Cage Free)
1 serving Trader Joe's Chipotle Salsa - 1 tbsp
1 serving Trader Joe's Healthy 8 chopped veggie mix - 3/4 cup

Recipe Directions for Chipotle Veggie Scramble

Pour veggie mix into preheated skillet, on medium. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons water and cover. Steam for 1 minute. Uncover, let water cook off. Add 2 beaten egg whites and scramble. Take of heat, add 1 tbsp salsa. Enjoy!
