Super Easy. And the shrimp can be replaced with any type of fish. Talapia is very nice.

Recipe Ingredients for Chipotle Orange Shrimp

16 oz raw Frozen Shrimp: Premium Raw, Headless, Easy to Peel, Jumbo
10.66 tbsp Zesty Italian Dressing
8 tbsp Orange Marmelade 100% Fruit Spreadable Fruit
1 serving, raw Cilantro
1/3 cup sliced Jalapeno Pepper
1.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Chipotle Orange Shrimp

  1. COOK rice first.

  2. HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 4 min., stirring frequently.

  3. ADD marmalade and peppers; cook and stir 3 min. or until shrimp are tender. Remove from heat.

  4. STIR in cilantro. Serve over rice.
