Recipe Ingredients for Chipotle Lime Salad

1/2 cup black beans []
300 g romaine lettuce
85 g cherry tomatos
140 g chicken breast
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
3 tsp chipotle peppers, minced in adobo sauce
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Recipe Directions for Chipotle Lime Salad

  1. Place first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Chop lettuce, slice tomatoes if desired.

  2. Chop grilled chicken breast and add to salad

  3. Mix last 5 ingredients for the dressing and drizzle over top.

  4. Enjoy!
