Recipe Ingredients for Chipotle Hummus Spread

15 1/2 oz chick peas
4 tbsp tahini paste
1/4 cup lemon juice
6 servings chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Recipe Directions for Chipotle Hummus Spread

  1. Open can of chick peas and drain fluid into secondary container

  2. In a food processor add chick peas, lemon juice, tahini paste, and chipotle peppers. I added six peppers and a boat load of the adobo sauce.

  3. Pulse the processor until the things being to cream.

  4. Add the left over chick pea juice until you get to a nice creamy consistency.
