Recipe Ingredients for Chipotle Chicken

615 grams Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
2 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
200 grams Poblano Pepper
6 Pepper, Ancho, Dried
2 Lime Juice
2 medium Onion Red
12 Garlic
14 oz Chipotle Peppers
4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper, Black
4 tsp Oregano, Ground
4 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for Chipotle Chicken

Marinate approximately 3.5lbs of chicken thighs (with skin and bone) overnight with chipotle chicken marinade. Grill until done (skin side down first!). Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Remove skin. Remove meat from bone and lightly shred.
