1 cup Buckwheat Groats, Roasted, Cooked
1 cup cooked rice
1 roasted red pepper
1 green pepper
1 cup onion
1 pepper jalapeno
2 oz green chiles
1 oz Chile Ancho
1 cup corn
2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp tamari
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp cilantro
1 egg
