A flavorful bean burrito - top with your favorite toppings (lettuce, cheese, sour cream). The salsa verde can be substituted by regular salsa, jarred or fresh - adjust calories as necessary.

Recipe Ingredients for Chipotle Bean Burritos

1.75 cup Black Beans
1.75 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
2 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Chili Powder
0.13 tsp Spices Cayenne Pepper
2 oz Salsa
6 serving Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chipotle Bean Burritos

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Mince garlic and add to skillet. Saute for 1 minute, do not burn. Add chili powder and cayenne pepper. Saute for 30 seconds. Add rinsed and drained beans and 1/2 cup of water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Take a fork and mash about 1/2 of the beans and add the salsa. Stir, heat through and serve on tortillas.
