Recipe Ingredients for Chipotle Bean Burritos

8 tbsp Light Sour Cream
3 medium raw Plum Tomato
4 serving Food Lion Black Beans
4 serving Food Lion Kidney Beans Light Red
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1/2 cup Cheese Cheddar Mild Shredded
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 serving Flat Out Light Original Flatbread
1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 tbsp Salsa

Recipe Directions for Chipotle Bean Burritos

  1. Heat oil over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic & cook 1 minute stirring frequently.

  3. Stir in chile powder & salt, cook 30 secs stirring constantly.

  4. Stir in water & beans & bring to a boil.

  5. Reduce heat & simmer for 10 mins.

  6. Remove from heat & stir in salsa.

  7. Partially mash beans with a fork.

  8. Warm tortillas according to package.

  9. Spoon 1/4 of bean mixture & add toppings.
