3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp chipotle chile powder
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
3 oz cheddar chees
1 avocado
2 tbsp mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Chipoltle Grilled Chicken with Avocado Sandwwich (total is for 4 portions)

Pound breasts into 1/2" cutlets. Marinate chicken in first 3 ingredients for 15 min-1 hour. Grill a couple of minutes on each side till thouroughly cooked. Once you've flipped the first time add cheese. Toast buns/bread on grill. Assemble sandwich adding avocado and mayo. You may want to add lettuce or other veggies to your taste.
