Recipe Ingredients for Chip-Crusted Fish Fillets

24 oz Tilapia, cooked, dry heat
0.5 tbs Mayonnaise Dressing With Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chip-Crusted Fish Fillets

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Arrange fillets on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush half teapoon mayonnaise over top of each fillet; sprinkle evenly with salt. Gently press about 2 tablespoons crushed chips evenly into each fillet.

  3. Cook fish at 400 for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve fish with light ranch dressing
