My version of the Chinese Vegetable Soup! Lots of veggies!!

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Vegetable Soup

8 cups Water
8 cups Water
1 Russet Potato, cut into big pieces
5 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 lb Baby Carrots
1/2 head Cabbage
5 cloves Garlic, flattened
2 tsp Oil
1 lb Pork Bone
1/4 tsp Tabasco
1 tbsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Chinese Vegetable Soup

  1. Blanch pork bones by heating 8 cups of water with pork together until boiling.

  2. Drain and wash bones.

  3. Heat oil in dutch oven.

  4. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Add pork bones.

  6. Add veggies & 8 cups water.

  7. Stir well.

  8. Cover and let cook for 1-2 hours.

  9. Add Tabasco & Salt to flavor.
