Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Vegetable Soup

4300 g chicken broth
300 g broccoli
118 g green onion
719 g bok choy
357 g mushrooms
288 g waterchestnuts
3 tbsp soy sauce
597 g chinese cabbage

Recipe Directions for Chinese Vegetable Soup

  1. Chop vegs to the size you enjoy.

  2. Bring broth to a boil and add coarse vegs and return to a boil.

  3. Add leaves mushrooms and waterchestnuts then remove from fire and allow to set until desired degree of done and add soy sauce.
