Stir fried Chinese style vegetables for quick and healthy meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Style Vegetables

2 teaspoons olive oil
6 cups sliced green onion, carrot, sweet potato and snow peas
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Chinese Style Vegetables

  1. Heat two teaspoons of olive oil in a fry pan or wok and add 6 cups of chopped mixed vegetables.

  2. Cook stirring continuously for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Stir in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.

  3. Cook for further 2 minutes. (can add chives and garlic and serve with sesame seeds).
