A very healhty, low calorie scnack for school

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Style Turkey Wraps

1/2 teaspoon sunflower oil
4 oz turkey
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tortillas
1 cup bean sprouts
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 onion
1/2 cup snow peas
2 baby corn

Recipe Directions for Chinese Style Turkey Wraps

  1. 1. Make the filling the evening before. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet set over a meduymn heat and add the tirkey to the pan. Stir for 1-2 minutes until cooked through.

  2. 2. Reduce the heat and stir in the honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil, making sure that the turkey is well coated. Set aside to cool, then put in an airtight container and refrigerate over night,

  3. 3. To assemble a wrap, drain the turkey a little and place half the mixture down the center of the tortilla. Add half the bean sprouts and the remaining tortilla and mixture for use another day; the mixture will kepp for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.

  4. 4. Roll up the tortilla seurely and wrap in a nonsitck parchment paper (plastic wrap can make the wrap rather soggy).
