This dish is completely steamed and very fast to cook

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Style Steamed Chicken and Broccoli

32 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs
4 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Root
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
6 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Chinese Style Steamed Chicken and Broccoli

Toss chicken with garlic, ginger, scallions, soy sauce and 1 tsp of red pepper flakes. Fill bottom part of a steamer with an inch or more of water and bring to a boil. Place chicken in the steamer basket, pouring remaining soy saucce mixture over the chicken. Lower the basket into water container, reduce to a rapid simmer and cover with a lid. Steam for five minutes. Turn chicken, add broccoli, cover and continue steaming for 5-6 minutes. Serve hot.
