Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Style Omelet

3 large eggs
2 ounces shrimp
2 ounces finely chopped chicken
1 tsp dried chives
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Chinese Style Omelet

  1. Lightly beat eggs in bowl.

  2. Measure out 2 ounces shrimp.If using large shrimp chop first or substitute with canned cocktail shrimp.

  3. Mix eggs, shrimp, chicken, chives, soy sauce and hot sauce.

  4. Heat the oil over medium heat in 8 inch oven safe non-stick skillet.

  5. Pre-heat broiler.

  6. Cook until bottom is golden.

  7. Place skillet about 4 inches under broiler, cook until eggs are set and top is lightly golden.
