Recipe Ingredients for Chinese-style Fried Rice with 4 Grains

30 g Wheat
30 g Buckwheat Groats
30 g Spelt
30 g Rice, Brown, Long-grain - Raw
220 g Water
60 g Sardine, Atlantic, Canned In Oil, Drained Solids - With Bone
10 g Sesame Seeds
182 g Chard, Swiss - Raw
8 g Soy Sauce - Made From Soy And Wheat (Shoyu)

Recipe Directions for Chinese-style Fried Rice with 4 Grains

  1. Boil all grains with water.

  2. Chop swiss Chard.

  3. Roast gently sesame seed in a pan and set it by.

  4. Heat sardine with its oil in the pan.

  5. Add soy sauce and mix with sardine.

  6. Add cahrd, boiled grains & sesame seed and mix it all.
