Recipe Ingredients for chinese style chicken and vegetables

500 g cabbage
200 g onion
300 g carrot
200 g celery
150 g capsicum, red
300 g mushroom
2 tsp garlic, crushed
2 tsp ginger, fresh
425 g tomatoes, canned
500 g chicken breast, skinless
1 liter chicken stock

Recipe Directions for chinese style chicken and vegetables

  1. precook (steam) chicken

  2. dice onion, slice mushrooms and capsicum

  3. fry onion, capsicum, mushroom, garlic and ginger in nonstick pan

  4. add diced carrot and celery

  5. add finely sliced cabbage

  6. add chopped chicken

  7. add canned tomatoes and stock

  8. simmer until tender

  9. serve on rice
