2 1/2 cups bean sprouts
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp peanut oil
1 tsp safflower oil
1/4 cup almonds
1/3 cup red pepper
1/4 cup sweet pepper
1 cup bok choy
1/3 cup chinese cabbage
5 cloves garlic
1 1/5 medium onion
3/4 cup broccoli
1/3 cup carrot
2 1/2 cup mushroom
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp salt
1/4 cup soya sauce
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp cooking sherry
1 stalk celery
1/2 cup zucchini

  1. cut everything first - everything

  2. boil water and do noodles first

  3. I put the almonds in a separate pan and fried them with some dumplings
