Chinese Stir Fry with Cabbage, peppers, sesame oil

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Stir Fry with Cabbage

1/3 cup carrots
3/4 cup red peppers
1/2 cup green peppers
2 cups green cabbage
1 cup kale
1/3 cup green peas
1 cup shitake mushrooms
2/3 cup cooked brown rice
1 clove garlic
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp sesame oil
1 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chinese Stir Fry with Cabbage

  1. Chop all vegies.

  2. Heat olive oil, Cook ginger and garlic for 30 seconds. Add carrots. Stir for 2 minutes.

  3. Add peppers. Stir for 2 minutes.

  4. Add cabbage. If pan is dry, add 1-2 T of water. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

  5. Add remainder of ingredients and cook a few minutes.
