Delicious and easy--even kids like it. Reminiscent of chow mein.

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Rice Casserole

1 1/5 lb ground turkey (lean)
1 onion
4 c celery
3 c cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbs soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Chinese Rice Casserole

  1. brown turkey and drain

  2. add chopped onion and celery--cook until crispy or tender (however you prefer)

  3. Add chicken soup and soy sauce. Let simmer for a few minutes.

  4. Stir in Rice or serve on top of rice
