Recipe Directions for Chinese Pork Nuggets

Slice and chop pork into small pieces, roll in egg and flour, and place in pan with EVOO, rice vinegar, low sodium soy sauce, and garlic (minced/pressed). Lightly brown and cover pan with lid to steam contents until cooked thoroughly.
