Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Panfried Stuffed Pepper

2.5 serving Mud Crap Fish - Raw
40 grams Pepper, Banana
15 grams Garlic
10 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
6 grams Salt, Table
33.6 grams Sugars, Granulated
20 grams Corn Starch
10 grams Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 serving White Pepper
20 grams Oil, Peanut

Recipe Directions for Chinese Panfried Stuffed Pepper

  1. 1. wash and cut pepper in half, clean out all the seeds.

  2. 2. Mud Crap Fish is minced

  3. 3. Mix all ingredients (expect Peanut Oil) togather until it forms a sticky paste, leave some corn starch on the side.

  4. 4. Lightly brush/dust corn starch on the pepper, and fill it with the fish paste.

  5. 5. Heat a flat frying pan with Peanut Oil (you could use other oil if Peanut Oil is not your preference), gently lay the stuffed pepper on the pan with paste side down on the pan, and turn down the heat to medium. Turn the stuffed pepper on the other side when the paste turn golden (approx 2-3mins depends on the side of pepper) . Transfer the cooked pepper to dish.
