Chinese noodle soup with chicken instead of pork

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Noodle Soup

6 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 scallions
5 g fresh ginger
5 g light soy sauce
4 cups baby bok choy
1 cup carrots
2 Angel Hair Shaped Noodle Substitute [128709] oz Tofu Shirataki
6 ounces cooked chicken
1 cup baby spinach

Recipe Directions for Chinese Noodle Soup

  1. Combine broth, scallions, ginger and soy sauce in large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until scallions are tender (about 3 min). Ad bok choy and carrots. Simmer until barely tender, about 7 minutes.

  2. Stir pasta, meat, and spinach into soup. Simmer just until spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes longer.
