Recipe Ingredients for chinese lemon chicken

20 oz of chicken breast
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/3 teaspoon salt
0.08 teaspoon pepper
1/6 cup water
2 2/3 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/3 cup Cooking Oil
1 Green onions, sliced
1 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 1/3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/3 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/6 teaspoon ginger

Recipe Directions for chinese lemon chicken

  1. debone chicken and cut into bite size pieces

  2. Combine cornstarch, salt and pepper. Blend in water and egg yolks.

  3. Dip chicken pieces into cornstarch-egg mixture.

  4. Fry chicken in oil for about 5 minutes until golden. Drain.

  5. Sprinkle with green onions.

  6. Pour sauce over chicken.

  7. For the sauce: Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, about 5 minutes until sauce boils.

  8. Pour over chicken.
