2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tbsp fresh ginger, diced
2 chili pepper
50 g steak, diced
1 small green pepper, sliced
1 medium tomato, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup rice

Recipe Directions for chinese ginger beef kenyan style

  1. heat the oil in a pan

  2. lightly fry the onions garlic ginger and chili

  3. add the steak

  4. cook the steak until just browned

  5. add peppers and tomatoes

  6. cook for a couple of minutes

  7. add the soy sauce and cook for about 5-10 min

  8. cook the rice as you would normally
