Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Feast - Soup

3 tbsp chopped Onions
100 grams White Button Mushrooms Packaged
1/2 cup Peas, Green
1/2 Can Sweetcorn
1 large Egg, Whole
1 Cube Stock Cubes

Recipe Directions for Chinese Feast - Soup

  1. Fry onion and mushrooms in a little oil until soft. Add the peas and sweetcorn and enough water to just cover the vegetables. Bring to the boil and add the stock cube. Turn down the heat and simmer until the veg is cooked through. Take off the heat.

  2. Whisk and egg in a small bowl or cup. Stir this into the hot soup before serving.
