160 gram eggplant
250 gram zuchini
100 gram corn kernels
11 ounce beef steak
3 cups beef broth

  1. dice all vegetables, add to slow cooker.

  2. dice steak into chunks (has already been bbq'd), add to slow cooker.

  3. add 3 cups beef broth to slow cooker.

  4. cover and simmer on high for 5 hours.
