These are high calorie but very good. Eat a small amount and they can work.

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese dumplings

1/3 pound ground pork
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons carrots, diced
3 tablespoons green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Chinese dumplings

Mix all ingredients. Put small amount into each wonton and steam. (I put won ton wrappers in separately depdending on how many I eat).
