Delicious spinach salad with ramen noodle topping

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Crunch Salad

2 packages baby spinach
5 green onions
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 cups slivered almonds
2 block of noodles
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 T soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Chinese Crunch Salad

  1. Slice the green onions and mix with spinach.

  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown the sunflower seeds, almonds, and noodles (broken up, without sauce packet). Drain on paper towels.

  3. Combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar and soy sauce and shake vigorously. Chill for one hour.

  4. Combine all parts and mix well.
