This is a great refreshing summer salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Coleslaw

16 ounce shredded cabbage
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3 green onions
6 ounce chow mein noodles
3/4 cup shredded carrot
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for Chinese Coleslaw

Combine all ingredients except noodles. Let sit overnight in fridge. Serve with noodles on top.
