Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Cole Slaw

12 cups napa cabbage, shredded
3 green onions, diced
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
3 tbsp canola oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Chinese Cole Slaw

  1. Mix vegetables in a large bowl

  2. blend liquids, peanut butter, garlic and ginger in a small food processor or blender

  3. Pour dressing over vegetables and mix well
