Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Chilly chicken

4 oz (raw) Chicken
1 tbsp Oil, Peanut
1.5 oz Tapioca Flour
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1.5 clove Garlic
0.17 tbsp Ketchup
0.075 tbsp Chilli Sauce
0.2 oz Peppers
0.5 tbsp chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.25 tsp Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for Chinese Chilly chicken

  1. 1. cut chicken into bite sized pieces.

  2. 2. boil pieces till just done,coat with tapioca flour and salt, dip in batter and fry.

  3. 3. heat oil, add garlic, ginger,peppers and fry.

  4. 4. add scallions and fry.

  5. 5.add tomato ketchup, soy sauce and chilli sauce and mix over low heat.

  6. 6. add the fried chicken pieces and coat well with sauce.

  7. 7. taste for seasoning; if needed add more salt.

  8. 8. sprinkle chopped scallions before serving.
