Need to add Szechuan Sauce - 2-3 tbsp House of Tsang (@ about 50-75 calories)

Recipe Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Stir-Fry

12 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast, sauteed in 1 tbsp peanut oil
4 mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
1/4 red pepper, sliced and sauteed
1/4 onion, sliced and sauteed
1 cup, broccoli, chinese, cooked
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 Red pepper flakes to taste

Recipe Directions for Chinese Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Slice chicken into bite sized strips and marinate in low soduim soy sauce

  2. slice (or julienne) veggies

  3. heat wok on high heat with a little peanut oil

  4. salt and pepper chicken

  5. toss in wok until done - 4 minutes?

  6. Remove chicken from wok.

  7. salt and pepper veggies and cook in wok until done

  8. Add chicken back to wok and coat with Szechuan Sauce
