1 lb chicken
2 litres water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Chinese Chicken Soup

  1. Split chicken into 2 and trim off as much fat as possible.

  2. use a slow cooker and add boiling hot water to chicken and thrown in garlic.

  3. Simmer over 12 hrs. add salt and pepper to taste

  4. Serve hot
