1 head, medium (6" dia) Lettuce, Iceberg
16 oz Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
0.5 cup Slivered Almonds
9 grams Oil, Sesame
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 oz Oil, Sesame
3 oz Rice Vinegar
0.5 oz Powdered Sugar

Recipe Directions for chinese chicken salad

broil or bbq chicken and cut into bite sized pieces. chop lettuce and green onions. brown sesame seeds and almonds in 2 tsp sesame oil. Mix 1 ounce sesame oil with 3 ounces of rice vinegar, salt & pepper and powdered sugar. Toss all together and serve!
